Ali Novruzov studied at the Faculty of History of Baku State University in the specialty of the same name. Currently, he is continuing his master's studies at the Faculty of History, Geography and Arts of Lankaran State University, majoring in the methodology and methodology of teaching history. The sphere of interest is the socio-political movements that took place in Azerbaijan at the beginning of the 20th century, the history of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and inter-ethnic relations.
